Drivers under the age of 16 in the following divisions that race at Winchester Speedway or with CRA at events at Winchester Speedway, Baer Field Speedway, Anderson Speedway, Illiana Motor Speedway, O’Reilly Raceway Park and Plymouth Speedway, must carry a separate excess medical policy to be eligible to race in: Late Models, Sportsman, Sprint Cars, and Modifieds.

Rand Insurance is requiring that Drivers under 16 competing in the above named divisions have this policy that goes beyond the track's and series coverage, in order for those drivers to be covered on the basic track insurance policy. The cost for the excess medical policy is $400, and will be good for up to 40 events for the current race season. The cost is $500 to be covered for over 40 events.
