Maynor Still Leads The
Cometic Gasket Hardcharger Standings
Salem, IN (August 15, 2008) – K & N
Filters Rookie Of The Year competitor Robert Maynor still has the lead
in the Cometic Gasket Hardcharger Standings with 45 gained positions
after ten events so far in the 2008 season, heading into Saturday’s
JayC Food Stores 100 at Salem Speedway. Maynor gained five positions
in the series last event at Anderson Speedway to maintain a four
position lead over
current
series points leader Scott Hantz who has 41 gained positions so far
this season including five positions in getting the victory in the
Anderson 300 Presented By Great Deals last Saturday night.
Terry Fisher Jr. is only three
positions behind Hantz in third place with 38 gained positions after
gaining five positions in the Anderson event. Jason Shively is now in
fourth place with 30 gained positions for the season, he lost one
position in the Anderson event. Rookie competitor Adam Purdy is now in
fifth place 29 gained positions, he lost two positions in the Anderson
event.

Series Awards Banquet. A driver has to be in the top 15 in series
points to be eligible for this award.
